Pinky's favorite things...

Pinky is somewhat famous.

Ms. Melly painted a picture of her, which was placed on a billboard along a busy stretch of highway for almost two years. At first, she wasn’t sure about that, but Ms. Melly said it made a lot of people smile, and that made them both very happy.

This is Pinky the Frog.

Pinky takes care of the library near the pond behind Ms. Melly’s log house. She has many different friends and likes to share the stories of their adventures.

Ms. Melly calls the community Pinky’s pond. To Pinky this is a great honor. But it’s well deserved as Pinky knows an awful lot about what goes on, and does most of the reporting back.

Pinky has a cozy home inside the teapot in Ms. Melly’s fairy garden. It is only a few hops away from the library, which is handy because that is where Pinky goes each morning.

Inside she has a bed and a little table for eating. She even has a bookcase for her beloved books. Some of her favorites are Charlotte’s Web, Harry Potter, and Alice in Wonderland.
